Are you using the SNOO Smart Sleeper and wondering how to get the most out of it or are you having a hard time transitioning out of at?
As a certified baby sleep consultant, I have had the privileged of working with hundred of SNOO babies and have used it myself with my own daughter. I love the SNOO for the first months of life but have also seen that it can require a bit of an individualized approach when using it. Babies have their own preferences and temperaments around it!
Whether you’re just starting or preparing to move on, I offer customized support tailored to your baby’s needs and your parenting style.
Learn how to make the most of your SNOO settings, sleep cues, and nap timing to support your baby’s natural sleep rhythms.
When your baby is ready to move to a crib, I’ll guide you through a smooth transition plan that minimizes disruption and supports healthy, independent sleep.
If the SNOO isn’t working as you expected, I’ll help uncover the root issues and offer strategies to get everyone sleeping better. Sometimes this includes experimenting with different settings and focusing on the daytime routine or habits in place.
Every baby is different. That’s why my services include personalized guidance, detailed sleep plans, and one-on-one coaching—whether you’re in Vancouver or anywhere else in the world.
As a sleep consultant based in Vancouver who works with families globally, I have an exclusive 5 star google rating and have worked with hundreds of SNOO babies.
We have a free 15 minute consultation for me to get a clear sense of your personal situation and for us to get to know each other.
Once you choose to move forward with support, we have a 60 minute consultation to discuss everything that will be in your sleep plan. This includes key components such as your sleep training method and anything else that applies to your unique situation.
Using the information gathered from our consultation, I will create a personalized sleep plan.
Each package includes 2 to 3 weeks of follow up support through messaging or phone calls. This allows me to track, troubleshoot, support and answer any questions along the way.
Most babies are ready to begin the transition around 3–6 months. Many babies start finding the motion of the SNOO frustrating at a certain age and also want freedom to move. This can be individual.
If you are invested in sleep training, I highly recommend sleep training outside of the SNOO as babies need to have freedom of movement and access to their hands when they are learning how to self soothe. Sleep training and transitioning out of the SNOO can go hand in hand! I can support putting baby in awake and letting the SNOO do the settling as opposed to being fully transferred to sleep.
This is very common and every change requires a bit of an adjustment period. However, with the right approach, your baby can continue to sleep well outside of the SNOO.
