The approach to building healthy sleep habits for a toddler differs than that for an infant yet the result is the same; sleeping 11- 12 hours peacefully through the night in their own crib.

Regardless of what your current situation is, such as co-sleeping or having multiple night wakings, it is never too late to teach your toddler how to fall asleep independently. 

What Is Included In This Sleep Plan?

The sleep plan is created together in collaboration with the parents to ensure that they feel hundred percent comfortable with all aspects of it. Each sleep plan is tailored to each individual family. 

We used Teresa twice this year alone and she was phenomenal. When our 3.5 year old son switched over to a toddler bed, it would take us hours to get him to sleep and, even then, he would wake up every hour for the rest of the night. I was 9 months pregnant at the time and we were expecting our second child any day. My husband and I were exhausted and consulted a few different sleep trainers. Several of them told us to wait until our baby was born to see what the new normal would be. Teresa was the only one who was willing to help us when we really needed it despite knowing it wasn’t going to be easy. Within a week, we were down to one waking a night and our toddler slept through the night shortly afterwards. It was life changing.

How Does It Work?

Consult

We have a free 15 minute consultation for me to get a clear sense of your personal situation and for us to get to know each other.

2.

First Meeting

Once you choose to move forward with support, we have a 60 minute consultation to discuss everything that will be in your sleep plan. This includes key components such as your sleep training method and anything else that applies to your unique situation.

3.

Sleep Plan

Using the information gathered from our consultation, I will create a personalized sleep plan.

4.

Follow Up

Each package includes 2 to 3 weeks of follow up support through messaging or phone calls. This allows me to track, troubleshoot, support and answer any questions along the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

The duration of my sleep plans are usually over the span of two to three weeks. After the first week, your child should be beginning to show progress in putting themselves to sleep. Generally, the method of sleep training can also influence how long it can take and the age of your child. However, there are no hard fast rules as every baby and toddler is an individual being!
Of course not! I am trained in a variety of sleep training techniques, based on your unique parenting style and comfort level. This includes methods with varying levels of parental presence and comfort.

Teresa is so wonderful. She helped my previously sleep trained toddler who had a sleep regression plus separation anxiety that lasted months. Her patience, suggestions and moral support was enough to make the changes I was looking for. The first week my son was sleeping 12hours per night. She’s amazing, and worth every dollar. Meet Theresa

My name is Teresa Sedlmair and I am a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant.

I know exactly how it feels to be introduced to parenthood and suddenly realize that it was somehow my job to help my baby get the sleep they need. I felt completely overwhelmed by the vast amount of information about infant sleep available yet I was too exhausted to sift through it. On top of that, I had so many misconceptions about what sleep training is. I kept convincing myself that being sleep deprived and not functioning was normal and it was just part of being a mother. 

After the birth of my first daughter Hazel, I decided I wanted to get my certification and help other families get the sleep they desperately need. The newborn period with my second daughter Maple was a completely different experience and she was sleeping 12 hours through the night by 12 weeks due to implementing healthy sleep habits right from the start.
